As Wikimania is approaching fast, I wanted to let you know that the Affiliations Committee (http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Affiliations_Committee) will be present during the conference to discuss all your questions about current and future user groups, chapters, thematic organisations and movement partners. 

Also, if you've never heard of us, or indeed if you have heard about us so much that you would like to beceom one of us, please don't be shy to come by for a chat!

You will be able to find us during the main conference days at the AffCom Café table in the Chapters Village (http://wikimania2013.wikimedia.org/wiki/Chapters_Village#Affiliations_Committee), but we will be also roaming the conference venue and surroundings between 6-12 August as we are coming a few days early to have our annual meeting and to meet as many people as possbile, so come find us and talk to us.

If you manage to meet each of us during the conference, you get to display the limited edition AffCom user box (http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Affiliations_Committee/AffCom_treasure_hunt_2013), which should be worth at least 50 XP in the game of life. :)
