Sorry about that ;) per project --> per language per project. I just am
trying to keep the number reasonable, so aka I could have 1 from enwiki,
1 from frwiki, 1 frwikiquote, and 1 from enwikiquote. But that is just
an example. Thanks for clarifying that :)
