I actually wanted to know what should I do as soon as I arrive to alexandria?

because I reserved in the saint marc dorms starting from the 16th. but
when I arrive at alex, should I go there directly or should I go to
the bib 1st to get a confirmation to get the room or what?

because I rgistered online, and I don't know whom should I talk to
when I arrive or where

any idea???
