I was reviewing the program Wikimania and see that our submission is scheduled for Sunday 10 at 14:30 (https://wikimania2014.wikimedia.org/wiki/Submissions/Context_visualization_for_Wikipedia_articles). However we have not received any notice that our submission has been accepted. If the submission has been accepted, I depend on the VISA formalities to know if I can be at Wikimania. I should also cover all my expenses so I would like to know all I need to do charges at the conference as inscriptions and others.
