Dear Wikimaniacs,
We would like to announce that the official wiki of Wikimania 2013,
http://wikimania2013.wikimedia.org , is scheduled to be closed on 4 June 2014. After this date, the contents of the wiki will locked from editing and preserved as a time capsule.
Please feel free to make any final edits to the wiki. In particular, for those who made presentations in Wikimania 2013, please check the video links on your submission pages and add links to presentation slides. If you're making a follow-up submission to Wikimania 2014, feel free to link to that too.
The date of the wiki's closure is chosen to commemorate the souls that perished on that day 25 years ago in their quest for freedom.
On behalf of the local team, we thank you for a great Wikimania in Hong Kong, and we hope to see many of you in London!
