Hecht House is right next to the Haifa Auditorium, there is also the Hecht Park.
Take any bus to "Carmel Center", the stop is right next to the mall which is underneath the Auditorium. From there just walk follow the big road (Hanassi Ave) around the corner and a big Wikimania banner on the fassade will show you the way.
