It is simply common courtesy to respond to everyone to applied, letting them know whether they were granted a scholarship or not. Not everyone is subscribed to this list, for example. I am rather shocked that at least a general &quot;We are sorry, but we are unable to fund you&quot; email is not being sent out to those who did not receive scholarships. <br>
