A big congratulations to the Hong Kong team, it's great to see
Wikimania coming back to the Asia-Pacific region after a long break!

Commiserations to the London team, but also congratulations, it was an
exceptionally fine bid and I hope to see that conference take shape,
either as a separate event or as a future successful Wikimania bid!
