If your questions regard accomodation and/or registration I guess You
should rather contact Ellie Young from Wikimedia Foundation:
eyoung@wikimedia.org , although you must be patient, as she is the
only one responsive person at the moment and probably extremly busy...
We are now waiting for our registration codes for two weeks now, for
our (Wikimedia Polska) scholars... Happily we have already book and
paid for accomodation - but it was done through the hotel officer to
which we got contact from Ellie.
