Hi,
We have created a schedule for various meetups requested in the
evenings, and tried to find an hour for most of the meetings
requested.
We do not have formal spaces we can allocate during the day, though
there are plenty of informal spaces in and around the venue that
might serve the same purpose. These rooms will be classroom style.
Please let me know if any of these are impractical and/or are not
needed and we will find another use for the space, or if the idea of
an evening meetup was not planned, there are plenty of pubs in the
local area that might be useful for small groups.
Also, please let me know if we've missed any events and we will try
to accomodate.
