Dear Wikimania attendees,<div><br></div><div><div>The Wikimania Google Opening Reception on July 11 at 7:00 PM will be an exciting evening where we all will mingle with other Wikimania attendees and invited guests from cultural, educational, government, and international institutions and embassies. Your conference badge will serve as your admission ticket to the reception. The badge can be picked up during business hours from the registration desk at George Washington University from the start of the Hackathon on July 10 through 5:00 PM on July 11.</div>

<div><br></div><div>If you will not arrive to Washington, DC in time to pick up your badge but would still like to attend the reception, please email <a href="mailto:events@wikimediadc.org">events@wikimediadc.org</a> with your name and affiliation, and we will make sure you will be to attend. <div><br></div><div>Please note that all guests musts go through Library of Congress security to enter the venue, and, as such, we strongly suggest that you leave large bags and laptops at your hotel/hostel/home. Doing so will make going through security a much faster and smoother process and will give you more time to enjoy the event.</div>
