There is some points I need to clarify:

1. Committee members are not eligible to apply for a scholarship.

2. Application to the Scholarship Review Committee
We would like to ask all applicants send us an email with a short personal statement to introduce yourself, why do you want to join the scholarship review committee, and CV.

3. Formation of the Committee
- Past scholarship review committee members are asked to stay for this year.
- All applicants are reviewed by Deryck Chan and I, who are representing the hosting team, and Jessie Wild, who is representing the Wikimedia Foundation.
- All accepted new committee members will be serve a two years term as per the discuss on meta:Talk:Wikimania/Scholarships [1].

Extra: Formation of program Committee are following a similar way mentioned above.
