If you are flying to Nairobi and already registered, I highly recommend you bring your user group, affiliate or local community sharable items like brochures, bookmarks, stickers, brochures etc. to promote your advocacies / campaigns, or perhaps you can just share sweets (please label them if it has allergens), magnets, coins and other small stuff.

This year, we received a record number of submissions and want to thank everyone who took the time to send one in – you helped shape the programme.
Our theme for this year is: “Wikimania@20: Inclusivity. Impact. Sustainability.” Presenters will reflect on milestones and share initiatives that move us towards a future that supports ongoing, sustainable, open collaboration. The conference schedule contains over 100 hours of programming which will be available online and in-person; spearheaded by more than 400 presenters, with live interpretation into 5 languages.
In addition to the program, we have also published a Meetups page where you can sign up for an in-person slot, as well as a page with the pre-conference events happening on 5 August https://wikimania.wikimedia.org/wiki/2025:Pre-Conference, and a page where we are adding tours and side events https://wikimania.wikimedia.org/wiki/2025:Tours_and_Side_Eventson a rolling basis.
