Africa, India, Latin America, it doesn't make any sense to make choices
thinking on what it's comfortable for all the rest, but not for them. Or

I think this is a real concern for strategy, and we can discuss it
better for the next times. Wikimania shouldn't be held always in July or
August. This is not the law, isn't written in stone. Before trying to
change the world, we should be able to change ourselves.

I totally know what you're getting at. It would make more sense, for
instance, if Wikimania 2012 were held in March or April because the
summer here is not all that comfortable. (It's actually just fine, but
I'm probably used to it.) We didn't, however, feel like deviating from
Tradition! in this instance, and we're not going to change it now.
