There will be space throughout the conference for breakout sessions and self-organised sessions on any topics. I don't think the official programme is meant to define everything that is/should be talked about at Wikimania, and anyone is welcome to organise 'fringe' meetings on any topic of their choosing, and most welcome to use the Wikimania wiki to organise things like that if they like.
