Hi, Could you please share the email address for Visa related queries? If an Indian citizen is traveling to Hong Kong for Wikimania there is a need of an invitation letter from the Wikimania Committee. Tour – External location

Hello organizing team! The schedule page says that there are tours planned for the first two days? Could we know details of this? The link is still red. I'm asking because I guess most of us would stay a few extra days after (or before) the conference to have some sightseeing in HK, but if there are organized tours, too, would be nice to know what places they include so we can plan ahead and not include parts of the city in our remaining extra days that we would visit anyway with the tour. I want any kind of paper that can be used as proof of the proposed visit to Hong Kong, as it's stated in "Guidebook for Entry for Visit/Transit in Hong Kong". Or maybe you can advise me another way? And is the receiving of application ensures a reservation? I want to pay for a dormitory as soon as possible and not to worry about it. Dear Calvin, Thank you for quick response and immediate solution of the problem. My registration confirmed. But what about invitation letter and accommodation? Problem with registration fee

Hi guys. I have paid registration fee few days ago. on the registration page it asked me to pay 58 US dollars instead of 79, maybe because I was registered few months ago but has not paid fee at the time. But problem is that after the successful payment process in the registration website it says that I have not paid fee. But it appears in my credit card account. Here are screen shots of receipt for payment from PayPal and Registration Form where it wants me to pay again. Can someone check it and solve the problem? Because time is limited to apply for visa.
