I have just created this page: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_loves_public_art_2013/CentralNotice#CentralNotice_banner_15-31_May. Please add the text that you would like the admins to change the CentralNotice text into for the last two weeks. I will ask them to do it asap (hopefully they can do it already tomorrow).

I am also preparing an answer to put on Meta:Requests for help from a sysop or bureaucrat‎, in which I am explaining why we want the CentralNotice banner on for the full month (the text will be based on the answers I received from you all). I will email the text to you all shortly so that you can give me some inputs.
