the jury is almost finished. Tomorrow morning I will draw conclusions from the jury deliberations. We will announce them on Thursday in Rotterdam at the bi-annual DISH conference. I understood from Wikimedia France that they would like the results under embargo on Tuesday for an interview that will be published on Friday. Is there anyone else who would need the results before the announcements - to prepare a press release, or anything else? Of course under embargo (which means you will be banned from eating stroopwafels for the rest of your life if you announce it too early) and I'll try to restrict the group a bit. Please reply to this email if that is the case and share also why :)

Thank you for the information. In Wikimedia Spain we'll publish a released on our blog, Facebook and Twitter, but I think that we don't need the results before.
We'll keep in touch for WLM 2012.

we will need the results for the calendars. :)
We need the 12 best photos, plus the exact wording for all licence and photo und photographer information that should be printed on the back side of the calendar.

Wikimedia Nederland will be sending a calendar to all of its members. Because of our preparations, we have a few questions I hope can be answered:
1. What is the estimated delivery date (or send date and type of delivery)? 2. What will the calendar dimensions be - including binding and packaging, if they are packaged individually? 3. What will be the weight of one calendar?

Wikimedia Nederland will be sending a calendar to all of its members. Because of our preparations, we have a few questions I hope can be answered:

The printing house will do its job within rughly one week after receieving source file.
- What will the calendar dimensions be - including binding and packaging, if they are packaged individually?
A3 - 12 pages + cover + biniding.
- What will be the weight of one calendar?
Hard to predict. It is going to be printed on 150 g /m2 paper - there are 6 pages A3. A3 paper has 0.125 m2 so 6 x 0.125 * 150 g = 112,5 g + cover + binding - it might be roughly 250 g I guess...
I guess the calendars won't be packed seperately.
