Dear colleges!
Just a technical question.
I would like to include Ukrainian monuments into the toolserver search. For example, looking for "Жмеринка" (*Żmerynka*) I see this pagehttp://owlz.org/oar-browser.php?url=http%3A%2F%2Ftoolserver.org%2F%7Eerfgoed%2Flayar%2Flocation.html&lat=49.036872&lon=28.12113499999998&viewType=1&address=%D0%96%D0%BC%D0%B5%D1%80%D0%B8%D0%BD%D0%BA%D0%B0&acc=0&template=&geoBias=&linkTarget=_parent&listHeight=%2C&pageKey=0 where I see, that the nearest monuments is in 400+ km somewhere in Poland. It looks quite offensive (though I love Poland) because we have a lot of monuments in Żmerynka as it could be seen herehttp://uk.wikipedia.org/wiki/%D0%92%D1%96%D0%BA%D1%96%D0%BF%D0%B5%D0%B4%D1%96%D1%8F:%D0%92%D1%96%D0%BA%D1%96_%D0%BB%D1%8E%D0%B1%D0%B8%D1%82%D1%8C_%D0%BF%D0%B0%D0%BC%27%D1%8F%D1%82%D0%BA%D0%B8/%D0%92%D1%96%D0%BD%D0%BD%D0%B8%D1%86%D1%8C%D0%BA%D0%B0_%D0%BE%D0%B1%D0%BB%D0%B0%D1%81%D1%82%D1%8C/%D0%96%D0%BC%D0%B5%D1%80%D0%B8%D0%BD%D0%BA%D0%B0.
So the question is - what could I do, for our Żmerynka's list would be readable for toolserver? Of course the same question will arise soon for all the others Ukrainian city.

I would like to include Ukrainian monuments into the toolserver search.
The first step you are already performing: creating the structured (template based) lists. Based on this, the data can be imported to the toolserver database.
You find the instructions how to add your lists as a data source here:
http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2011/Monument...
A database-savvy person with toolserver account can add the source quite easily (at least it's not too complicated).
A less-technical description of the process can be found in our infographic. Unfortunately I don't have it in a Ukrainian translation yet.

I notice the database is from WLM 2011. Is there already a database for 2012? or, we will be using this same list?

Thanks for link. I have some questions:
1) Process of adding lists seems awfully complicated. I must spend hours for it or find smb who is experienced in dealing with svn and MySQL. Is there ane necessity in such complication? I think it will highly slow down further updating of lists, so simplification is needed.
2) I haven't find Russian monuments there though St.-Petersburg already in love with monuments since 2011 and Russia is present in "*Sources overview*" part. Why?
3) I saw some notes that lists must be in main namespace, but not in project namespace (4), Did I clearly understand them? I followed Polish example - their lists are in project space. So we prepare lists in simple wiki-format in main namespace and in template-based format in project page. Are there any requirements or guild-lines about namespace?

You don't need that. You can just edit the details in the wiki page and someone else will copy them to svn.

No. Most lists are on main namespace, but in some wikis they are at a different namespace. It simply needs to be specified in the configuration.
There are different pratices in local wikis, but I recommend creating lists in the main space, if possible. A key point is to engage people to participate reviewing and completing data. You can better motivate people to create articles and finnally to complete the lists with photos.

Thank you a lot. I've added Ukrainian line to http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2011/Monument... page and I want to upload first two lists to look how does it work.
The first one is
Both these lists are filled as much as possible for present moment.
Could you help me with uploading? And once more note - we have a common parameter for coordinates and use for it {{coord}} template. It is much more easy than having 2 different for longitude and latitude.

How so? They are two parameters anyway. The bot doesn't understand coord template (not to mention that coord templates have about a dozen ways to be feeded) so if there are no lat/lon fields, your monuments will appear in the db without coordinates.
If you have coord added in a consistent way, it would be easy to convert to two-parameters form with a search & replace.

It is not easy because {{coord}} sometimes contain 2 parametres and sometimes 8 parametres. Do you know a way to transform {{coord}} to {{lat}} + {{lon}} in automatic mode?
