Summary: An house owner filed a suit against a company because it uses a photography of her house in an advertising campaign for Black Forest ham. But the house owner lose the case because the image was taken from public ground. The court confirmed freedom of panorama.

If this "changes" https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:FOP#Germany (for instance the sentence «Still, the right to modify the works and to produce derivative works requires the permission of the original copyright holder») it would be useful to add a note to the talk.
