Technically yes, but I'm afraid of mistakes so I'm not doing it using a bot. I do plan to run some queries to suggest links to create (see .sql for the query):
* http://toolserver.org/~multichill/temp/queries/erfgoed/rm_top_images.txt : List of tagged Rijksmonumenten images by number of images with the same id. This can be used to suggest new categories to be created
* http://toolserver.org/~multichill/temp/queries/erfgoed/rm_commonscat_to_link.txt : List of categories that are tagged with a Rijksmonumenten template. This can be combined with the database to suggest missing links to create just like https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Monuments_database/Unused_images
