Hi,

The slogan we have on the portuguese website is "Wiki Loves Monuments: O seu Monumento na Wikipédia" which translates to "Wiki Loves Monuments: Your Monument on Wikipedia", but I like yours.

Hi everyone,

I was just working on the central notice. The slogan we have in Dutch
is: "Wiki Loves Monuments: Fotografeer een monument voor Wikipedia en
win!". In English this translates to "Wiki Loves Monuments: Photograph a
monument, help Wikipedia and win!" Is this a good slogan? Do you have  a
better one?

So how is the central notice thing going to work? We have one European
central notice banner. This banner has the slogan translated in as many
languages as possible. This banner will get cloned for all the countries
which have their own website. The only difference with the European
banner is that it now links to the local website. The European website
will be enabled for all European countries that don't have their own
banner. For the other countries the local banner will be enabled.
So we have one slogan per language, but we do have different banners
depending on the country.

My plan is to enable all the banners on Saturday the 3th. Why not
Wednesday? Gives us some time to clear small errors before we get the
huge group of new users.

Maarten
