contest before: you can also make a quarry to get a list of participants
of your previous editions of WLM (or/and other photo contests), and
just invite them (via MassMessage) to take part in your contest this
year.
Or
find somebody in your community who can create such a quarry
(or a better one!) or has a bot :)))
