Accept language is the internal name. Each browser then hides it in a
different place in the UI (although it does seem to be in "wrench",
Configuration, Advanced settings, Languages).

That's an option.
I also considered to show a message when someone is using the browser
interface in a different language than what he is browsing. Quite sad,
though.
