Hi, regrading the jury tool

I'm polishing the new admin UI,

So you can either

1) Let me configure the tool by myself as I did before - give me the list of users and how do you want the rounds to be (select/reject, rated)

2) Wait a bit, I think till the weekend, to be able to configure it themselves
