I was thinking that, given the lists of monuments,
one could engage *right now* the Flickr community.
We could have people who want to participate to WLM
* put the tags
* change the license in CC-BY-SA
in these months,
I think the criterium we used was to have them add the picture to the Wiki Loves Monuments Country group on Flickr within September. Probably it is best to not push them too hard before then, because otherwise we run the risk that others will upload their pictures to commons in August, and they would be disqualified when adding them in September. The bot would only run (daily or so) on that particular Flickr Group.
and in September we would run the bot to upload everything on Commons.
(Is the procedure logically correct? Do I miss something?)
Now, my issue is with the timing.
--> If I put/upload some picture in Flickr in CC-BY-SA, does the bot upload in Commons right away?
This would spoil their participation in WLM.
At the same time, I think it would be important to contct users on Flickr and have them
re-license (or upload) their photos in CC-BY-SA 8and add metadata as well).
I hope to have been clear enough.
