This one does have a unique identifier I can work with. I hope all other lists can get such table with identifier as well?

 Scotland seems to have monument IDs:

 For the other areas in the UK I can't find lists with unique
 identifiers. Another question, is the Isle of Man also part
 of the UK competition?

 I think it would be good to have an online meeting with
 Skype or something to talk about the things that are needed.
 I will not be in Hong Kong, and I am available on most of
 the coming days. I think it is urgent to speak with each
 other.

  I wonder if there is anyone with experience in
