What does soon mean? We would like to start sending announcements to
the monthly magazines we target starting next week and it would be
nice to have something to announce on the prizes side.

I would like it as well, and it is going as fast as it goes - sorry for that. We will try to do it as fast as possible and keep you updated - but can't promise that will work out.

Can we test it as well?

Maarten is the right person to answer that.

I'm sorry, but I did not quite understand your response. Could you be
more specific please?

In the upload form we will only offer /one/ license. We suggest to choose the local version of CCBYSA. If you insist, you could pick CCBY instead.

Some Wikigeeks will be able to upload without using our form, and choose an alternative license (we should not advertise that) - as long as it is a Wikimedia Commons accepted License it is OK.
