The WLM international team is still in the process of merging our WLM-i financial administration with Wikimedia Austria's, following the proposal we brought to you in January last year.

I'd like to ask you to review and bring forward your comments and concerns for the proposed Memorandum of Understanding between us and the Austrian chapter, who has been our fiscal sponsor for several years now. By merging our administrations, most of the logistical work, such as grant applications and accounting, will be covered by the chapter, freeing up time for the volunteers in our team to focus on other WLM-related topics. The MoU aims to formalize the agreement and put in writing preconditions and limitations for cooperation.

I have shared the text of the MoU on our current grants' talkpage on Meta: considering holidays and the preparations for the next grant request coming up after August, I'd like to ask you to share your comments and questions before July 26th.
