I agree it's the right time to develop the tools we want to use (and we should at least plan *what* we want to have in September).
I thank David and Ynhockey for bringing this up.

Ynhockey, is jury-2012 in a public repository? That should be the starting point. The code was not published initially and we may have forgotten about it.
