There is a link to the .eu site. I also added a link to https://secure.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_upload now.
Your mail reminds me that it might be a good idea to put links on that Commons page per country that link directly to the "Participate" page on each country's website. I noticed that when you google "Wiki Loves Monuments" the Commons page is still coming up, and of course there isn't even a link to an upload wizard there.

Could someone change the link for Sweden on http://www.wikilovesmonuments.eu ? Right now it is pointing to http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Commons:Wiki_Loves_Monuments_2011_in_Sweden instead of the better http://wikilovesmonuments.se
