Its very clear that no one is interested to go for international team this year so lets please stop talking about it. 

I think you're from WLM Thailand, congrats on getting grant from WMF. I will try to answer some of your questions.

1. It will be you who will have to edit and update WLM Thai page on Commons as you did last year.
2. Map is updated recently and will be updated again one a volunteer will have some spare time. Don't worry about it. Its not very important right now since countries are not confirmed yet. 
3. Romaine will be handling it this year. If you have any problems with technical issues, contact him.
4. I think you can definitely use WLM logos for promotion of national WLM as well printed material. I don't see a problem. I don't think thats a good idea to say winners that you'll be awarded international prizes next year.. If there's not international prize this year. No problem. At-least many offering national prizes. Thats enough.
5. Yes mailing list is only communication tool as it was used to before.
