I think such use would be very helpful - I personally was definitely planning on that yes. It makes little sense to bother everybody in other countries with announcements they cannot use. <div><br></div><div>Another option is to do everything language based, which has as advantage that you also &quot;catch&quot; the tourists, but then you dont get all the people at enwiki for example. </div>
