As a starter, could you fill this page https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:WikiProject_WLM/Mapping_tables/sk_(sk) ?
(see for instance https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Wikidata:WikiProject_WLM/Mapping_tables/fr_(fr) for a filled example).
It will help a lot for the one(s) who will do the migration.
