I have several questions. During the upload, is the categorization in the country category going to be automatic, or not?
I'm taking the Netherlands as an example. The category box of the upload wizard will automagicly be prefilled with "rijksmonumenten". The uploader can change this.
A bot will sort out the rijksmonumenten category.
Is the license going to be automatic as well?
Yes, in this case cc-by-sa-3.0-nl
Besides that {{Wiki Loves Monuments 2011|nl}} gets added to track the competition.
Is there going to be a field for the ID, or can you upload a photo directly from the monuments list (so that it automatically gets the ID)?
There is going to be a field for the id. Direct linking is probably not going to be supported in the uploadwizard. It does do multi file upload :-)
