Hi Reke,

just to quickly clarify: we ask the organizer of the competition to fill out the form. This should be self explanatory from the form, but you will be asked to give 10 images in one form. (so you don't have to submit ten forms). We try to keep it lightweight for you.

Best,
Lodewijk

Hi Erina,

Who need to fill the form? I don't think every our nominees can understand an form in English, some of them are not even familiar with the operation of the Wiki platform.
If we don't want to do it, will this affect the rights of Taiwanese contestants?

Sincerely,

Reke (WMTW)

Hi everyone!

As you may be aware, the deadline to submit national nominees to the international process is by the end of December. In previous years, this all happened via email.

In order to minimize the possibility for mistakes and improve reliability of this process, I would like to ask you to fill a form with your nominees. This will generate an email to both a jury member, and an organizer. Both will be asked to confirm the correctness of this overview by responding to that email.

The link will be sent to the organizers ON REQUEST. Please have the main organizer email Erina (me) for this.

Thank you again for this effort! I'm looking forward to a lot of exciting submissions this year.

Best regards,
