Multichill already offered to use his bot, but it would be nice to let other bots do something too sometimes. ;-) The question about direct emailing is that we don't yet know if there is a way to send the message in the correct language: Samat, do you have idea how to solve this problem, or can you spend some time investigating it?

As I don't know which language used by the user (as MediaWiki surface), I would propose to use the language for which country's WLM he/she uploaded (most of the) photos.

And at the end we can offer a link for other languages (in English).
