West Midlands is already done, there's just a problem with reverting it. I hope to have it in the mainspace today.

London only has the City of Westminster to go, I'll do that as it's a long list which needs to be broken down.

Somerset I has one sub list to go. User:Jezhotwells is working on it. It might be handy to ask if he needs help.

Grade I listed buildings in Suffolk has two sub-lists which need converting.
