The tool for statistics is ready

I see some files from Ireland and Mexico. Do these countries start before
September 1st? By the way, check that your country appear in the tables,
when the first files are uploaded.
CSV and JSON files with metadata are generated (links at the bottom), for
those who want to play with data and make their own statistics.
Anyway if you find any graph of interest to be added to the page, you can
do a pull request in GitHub

in this thread. I have little time, mostly to make stable what worked in
previous editions.
