1) Let me configure the tool by myself as I did before - give me the
list of users and how do you want the rounds to be (select/reject, rated)

themselves

Thanks. Are requests for (1) handled on a wiki page? I guess email would get messy.

WMIT would still like to test the tool a bit before giving it to the jury.
