We are not include in the list of participating countries.

And we need Central Notice.

Will someone help?

Also when I'm checking is there a planned central notification message going out to participants at the end of the competition (via their commons talk pages). Is there also something similar planned for participants of last year prior to the start?

I'm mainly checking to make sure such messages don't clash with ones we might otherwise set up locally.
