After having participated in WLM 2012 and having a winning entry for the same, it brings me pleasure to announce that India will be participating again in WLM 2013.

Also Wikimedia India has agreed to support the participation and soon enough someone from EC will reach to the community with the details about prizes and jury for National competition on the relevant list.
