I've already stated that ranking.php has problems. I found late some
weird behaviours from mediawiki (like Rotatebot appearing as the image
uploader, which is not correct) so I had to apply some "emergency"
measures which didn't work quite well either. I didn't state "new users"
which an important detail in my opinion.

That's why you probably heard about statistics v2 already:

http://toolserver.org/~ntavares/patrimonio/api/api.php?action=statisticsct&format=html&ctscope=country

I believe these are nearly complete and absolutely more precise. As a
consequence, everything at this URL (scope=user, dump, etc) is.

Please give me your feedback regarding the tool.
