New version up at File:Participating_Countries_WLM_2018.svg. I tried to keep it as similar as possible to the old one but the base map is different since it is a bit more detailed.

Easiest way to update it is actually to open the file in a simple text editor, scroll down to "/* Enter WLM data here */" and add the ISO_3166 code of the new country to the ones listed already. Inkscape also works and likely no one but me would notice the difference =)

as usual, I'd like to keep a visualization of our participating countries. See here for 2017. Unfortunately, that map is a bit outdated (in particular South Sudan is not separate yet). 

Could anyone help me set up a new version of this map with an updated world map? Ideally with the same style (white countries with grey borders & oceans, including antarctica).
