But it seems the tool has a problem - it doesn't recognize Cyrillic in monuments names. While clicking on monuments you should see something like that:
????????? (????, ID: 80-382-0591).

Yes, there were some issues about codification. Now, I see the Ukranian names correctly http://toolserver.org/~emijrp/wlm/ukraine/

Other countries with codification errors will be fixed in the next 2-3 hours.
