If there will be no Romaine, I can talk about it. I was responsible for all technical stuff in Polish WLM including this page[1], setting custom upload wizzard campaign on Commons, building map for uploading pictures[2], etc.

Would anyone consider going over the technical side of running the contests? Tutorials on the banners, how it also auto-categorize the uploads, etc..
