the schedule of the Wikimedia-Conference (Chapters Meeting) remains unclear. WM Austria will send 3 members of board and staff to Milano.
* On Thursday 2 members of our staff will be there, but they are engaged in the educational workshop and in the WCA meeting. The educational workshop will be from 9 am - 5 pm. After this there will be a meeting for members of the staffs and in the evening should be an opening ceremony. As they told me, nobody of our staff will be able to visit the WLM meeting on Thursday. But I am going to instruct them to meet WLM organizers whenever possible.
* Friday will be open to the "state of the chapters" presentations. Every chapter will have a short pesentation, but as I have been informed, the presentations will last almost all Friday.
* For Saturday there is no written schedule yet, WM IT, the organizing chapter, has not published one until now.
* On Sunday the staff of the WM foundation will give some lectures and discussions about funds dissemination, grants, and similar stuff.
Maybe you can meet the board and staff-members from Austria beside the conference and they could give you the photo-calender with the prize-winning pictures from WLM 2012 in Austria.
