You'll have to be a bit more specific to find out what the issue is. I was able to log in and submit without problems just now. Could you please file a report on Phabricator and subscribe Yarl? Please describe the problem in a way that you can reproduce it, and mention what OS, browser, if it still happens in a different browser, etc.
