I will definitely be there (as a chapcom member) and would like to give a workshop on this topic for the interested chapters - you're definitely welcome to attend if your country is interested in joining WLM 2012, or if you simply have questions. There *might* be stroopwafels available for people attending the Wiki Loves Monuments session <wink wink>. I'm sure we can easily fill a whole day with this topic alone, but I'm afraid Harel would kill me if I'd suggest that.
However, I can also imagine that you have very specific questions/problems in your country and you would love to organize a Wiki Loves Monuments. In that case I suggest we try to make an appointment somewhere during the Chapters Meeting and sit together for half an hour or more and just discuss the situation/ideas/problems/opportunities and exchange some experiences.
