In that case if anyone wants to help the international team, it's a good
idea to start now :) we still have things to do this year, and the person
could get some understanding for next year (assuming they hadn't previously
been part of the team).

A few thoughts regarding the international team:

1. Can a national organizer be part of the international team?  Years
ago we don't like this because of possible conflict of interest.  But
what we learned from WLM2014 is that we need more people and we want
them to act faster.  Can all participating countries send [at least?]
one representative to help with the international team?  If there are
too many people, the tasks can be delegated to a group or an
individual.

2. Can we share the resource/expertise with WLE as much as possible?
In other words, the team itself and the submission/processing/judging
mechanism may be common for both contests.  If the committee/process
are common, you can add the third/4th/... topic and go beyond the
saturation stage of S-curve.  This may address many of us who believe
that WLM for Europe is in contraction phase.

3. This is about the right time to discuss about international team if
we want a fruitful contest in 2015.  I believe that there is a
significant potential for growth for people to take photo from
October-August.  Uploading existing photos is one thing but taking it
purposefully for this competition is another.  The earlier we have the
team the better we can work on our PR campaign.

Hi Kaew.

Yes, ofcos a national organiser be part of the international. I also agree
that we need more members, but I also believe too many cooks will spoil the
food. The reach decisions much quicker, I think we need to limit the number
of members we can include in.

​However. in the international team, we can have one member per region;
maybe 1 from North Am, One from South Am, One/two from Europe , One from
Middle East, One from South Asia and so on. ​In my experience, that helps
because there the representative gets closer to the organising team of
those countries.

Completely agreed, we should share resources with WLE and WLPA. It will
benefit all.
